Festive, vintage-inspired, holiday tabletop bottle lights using magnum wine bottles and bottlebrush trees.

Hi! I’m Jenn, proud mom, office manager, and founder/craftswoman at Cheerful Spirit. What started as a fun, heartfelt Christmas gift for friends and family has become a year-round Christmas party at my house! Welcome to the celebration!

I have always loved the holidays and having beautiful handmade items around my home each season. Two years ago, inspired by talented upcyclers I saw here on Etsy, as well as at local crafts fairs, I taught myself how to make upcycled wine bottle lamps in my garage. In no time at all, friends and family were asking me to make lamps for them and to personalize them with unique decorations. When I figured out how to decorate trees inside the recycled bottles, I knew I had hit on something perfect.

Cheerful Spirit has spread by word of mouth, but now I am happy to share my creations with happy customers across the United States. I especially love hearing how my customers use their bottles – from quick and beautiful holiday centerpieces to holiday nightlights. I put my heart and holiday spirit into every one of my handmade Christmas bottles and hope they bring some Christmas cheer to your home.

I would love to hear how you use your Cheerful Spirits! Check out @cheerfulspiritcreations on instagram for some great ideas and send me a picture of your festive home so you, too, can spread the Christmas cheer!

Frequently asked questions

• To open the box, pull the string out from the sides and then twist the top lid of the box before pulling it up.
• The crushed glass may move to one side during shipping. Even it out for the best look! You can do this by gently twisting the base side to side or carefully angle the bottle to even it out.
• If the crushed glass gets caught in the sisal tree, gently tap on the bottle to make it fall off.
• When changing the batteries, it’s best to lay the bottle down on a towel or soft surface.
• Do not get the base wet when cleaning the bottle and do not leave the bottle outside. It is meant for indoor use only.
• Remove the batteries before storing the bottle each season.
