Frequently asked questions
How soon will I receive my order?
Processing time is dependent on the item you purchase. If you have a deadline you are trying to meet, simply message me with your deadline details, and I'll see what I can do to accommodate them! Please taken into consideration shipping time when requesting deadlines. The "policies" section is written by Etsy, and I will always ship on or before the day I promise.
What should I do if the item I received is broken?
I cannot be held responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages, but I will work with you to help in whatever way I can if you should receive a damaged product. If an item arrives broken, please send pictures to me ASAP so that a claim can be filed with USPS, and I can begin processing a replacement product for you (in most cases). It is up to my discretion whether I can replace a damaged order or not.
What should I do if I'm having trouble applying a decal?
Please reach out to me! I am more than happy to help troubleshoot any issues you might be having. There are also several videos on YouTube that can walk you step by step through the process. Definitely don't give up if your decal happens to be a fussy one. :)
