Artistic Skill Starts at home!

My shop started at the behest of friends and family who said I need to share my gift and talents, and not hide it from the world.

I work on my shop and products when I can. As a mother of an extremely smart and busy 2.5 year old, I don't get much down time. I also have a nearly full time job which requires a lot of my attention. Thankfully I get to spend my day with my son and then spend a lot of nights working into the wee hours.

My shop and art is priority! It's a nice release for me. A way to decompress after a long day. As soon as I start to work on a project for someone, I feel the stress melt away and a smile come to my face. I find extreme joy in making things to make others happy. If your purchase from me makes you or the person you gift it to happy and joyful, I've done my job!

Welcome to Viridian Muse/ Chelmorning. My business started out of my passion for making happy little whimsical items and art for my friends and family. I believe in well constructed, solid, hand made items and the wonderful creative process to get there. I make all my items from new materials, excluding my upcycled/resuced sweater animals and creatures. They're made from reclaimed and laundered wool and wool blend sweaters. All items come from my smoke free home.

Please be aware that some of my fairy ornaments, pins and clips might have wool hair. If you have wool allergies, please be sure to alert me to this and I will refrain from using any wool in your piece.

Returns and exchanges
Refunds on Fairy Ornaments, Pins or Clips:
Full item cost refund, within 30 days, on any fairy pins ornaments or clips that are not extremely custom: {ie: letters put onto shirts, holding extremely personalized items in their hands} Please message me if you wish to discuss a refund. Refund will be given when the fairy arrives and is inspected.

Refunds on Original Art and Prints:
I will give refunds on original artwork and prints within 30 days of purchase. Full item cost refunds will be given on any print or original,non customized artwork when the artwork arrives in my hands undamaged and in original condition.

Refunds on Crocheted Collectible Toys or Cloth Collectible Toys:
Full item cost within 30 days of shipment once item is returned in original condition. Refunds on custom toys/ amigurumi will be on a case by case basis.

Damaged Items:
I do my best to package all items with care to ensure there will be no damage during shipping. However, if damage does occur, I'll refund full cost once item has been returned to me. For damages during shipment, refund time will be 10 days for USA shipment, and 90 days for International shipment.


Refunds will not be given on any personalized artwork.

No shipping cost refunds. As much as I'd like the post office to refund my cost, they will not. :)
Payment
Payment must be made within 24 hours and I reserve the right to re-list that item if your payment is not made within the 24 hour period. If you feel you'll be unable to make the 24 hour deadline feel free to contact me and I'll do what we can to work with you.
Shipping
I ship items that are in stock within 2-3 business days of your payment clearning. I do my best to ship as fast as possible. Custom orders will be shipped as soon as they are completed. Lead times are stated on each item listing, with notifications if there will be delays.

I ship First Class United States Postal Service, unless otherwise requested. If you would like an upgrade to Priority Mail please convo me and I'll send you an updated invoice with the change in postal charges.

Any purchase $50.00 and over , shipping to a USA location, will have insurance and delivery confirmation placed on it free of charge.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
All custom orders will be shipped as soon as they are done. Custom orders require at least a week of production time. If you have a deadline to meet, please contact me in advance of your purchase to be sure I can meet your expectations.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you are looking for custom fairy packs in specific colors, wedding favors or shower favors, don't hesitate to contact me. Please be sure to allow at least a month before your event for fairy packs larger than 10 fairies. Please be sure to ask about scheduling for your event. I'd love to make your event the dream event of the season! The fairies are very popular for bridal, baby shower, and wedding favors!
