Announcement   Unique, wood coaster sets, wooden signs, candle holders and lots of other affordable, handmade in the USA home decor are available here on Cheltenham Road.

I named my shop after the road I grew up on in Columbus Ohio. It was there, with my amazingly creative family that I learned the value of all things handcrafted.

Please have a look around and check back in often as I'm always adding new things.

About

The Adventures of a Reluctant Crafter

I come from an amazingly creative family. My mother can and does make anything and my sisters are the same. My dad is an engineer and a very gifted woodworker.

I, on the other hand, found myself a little stuck in corporate land bored and unchallenged.

As a hobby I started refinishing and painting cast-off furniture and found that it made me very happy. From there I branched out, incorporating my love of all things vintage and nostalgic.

I've borrowed a little of my dads' mad skills, a lot of my mom's passion and creativity all all of my sister's enthusiam.

And that is why I named my business after the street I grew up on learning from all of them.
