Thank you for stopping by to visit. Chenille Bliss is a shop selling vintage fabrics and textiles for use in sewing, crafts, and display. Please read the item description carefully and look at all the photos before making a purchase. I take great pride in the level of service that I provide to my customers, but I cannot be responsible if a buyer does not take the time to examine the information and photos to understand completely what the item is and what its intended purpose or use is.

If, after receiving your order, you are not 100% completely happy, please contact me so that I can address any concerns or questions. If you do not feel that I deserve a 5 Star rating for any reason, please allow me the opportunity to address the reason for your concerns or dissatisfaction.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I accept payment only through Paypal, but I do not accept Paypal e-Check payments. Buyers can use credit cards through Paypal even if the buyer does not have a Paypal account. I do not accept direct credit card payments or offer installment or layaway plans.
Shipping
On purchases of multiple items, Etsy calculates combined shipping when purchases are made on the same invoice (all items in a cart at once), but the amount is not always correct. I refund shipping overcharges of more than $1.00 through Paypal immediately following shipment.

I no longer ship internationally to any country. Shipping is to U.S. addresses only.

Under Paypal policies, I can only ship to the address provided by the buyer in Paypal. If a buyer wishes to have an order shipped to an address other than the buyer's address, the shipping address must be entered in Paypal at the time of payment. Specifying a different address on Etsy or by convo or message is not sufficient to permit me to ship to that address.
Refunds and Exchanges
I accept returns only if I have made a mistake in the listing or an item otherwise is not as described in the listing, as long as the return is postmarked within 3 business days of receipt and is returned in exactly the same condition as it was received. The buyer must contact me prior to returning any item. Refunds will not made if the buyer does not contact me prior to return or I do not receive the item within 7 days of the buyer's receipt. Refunds will be issued after the item has been returned.
Additional policies and FAQs
All of my listings are sold on a first come, first served basis. I do not "hold" or "reserve" items for purchase at a later time.

My prices are the same for everyone. I do not add a cushion to prices to allow for negotiating price or provide for free shipping. I set my prices based on my cost for the fabric plus a minimal profit, most of which goes to paying fees to Etsy and Paypal and providing shipping supplies. I treat all buyers the same and keep my prices as low as possible for everyone, rather than negotiating special prices for individual buyers.

Reviews are a valuable resource for both sellers and buyers. I rely on my reputation to inform new buyers about the quality of my products and level of customer service. If ever there is any kind of concern or issue with a purchase, please contact me prior to leaving a review with less than 5 Stars, so that I may remedy the situation.
