My Etsy shop began just before Christmas of 2009 with a set of 6 redwork ornaments and a "Let's see what happens..."

My designs have been featured in several issues of Better Homes and Gardens publications, 2 books, Etsy's front page, various needlework blogs and several needlework specialty magazines.

Payment
I accept Paypal, money orders, and personal checks in U.S. funds.
Shipping
I usually process orders within a week of payment by way of the USPS and use first class parcel post which takes 5-7 days according to the USPS.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am always willing to exchange an item that is defective or damaged in some way. Please let me know by way of email and ship the item back to me, and I will be happy to refund your shipping cost and send you a replacement item right away.
