Payment Methods

I accept PayPal and credit cards via PayPal. Payment must be made in full and have cleared before any item is shipped.

Please ensure your PayPal address is the same as your Etsy address as your order will be shipped to your PayPal address; this will guarantee you are covered by PayPal’s Buyer Protection service.

International Customers- Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping charges. Please check with your country’s custom’s office prior to purchasing an item from Cherished Always. Additionally, please allow extra time for your item(s) to reach your destination and clear customs.
Cherished Always ships with Australia Post Postal Services for Australia and also for international orders.

International orders will be sent Air Mail and can take as long as 60 days to arrive. It usually takes about two weeks but this is NOT a guarantee. Shipping from one country to another can often cause delays at customs. I can not guarantee any shipping times and I cannot refund for shipping.

You may upgrade to a faster shipping service; please inquire for rates.

I take great care in packing your items however if your product has been damaged during shipping you must immediately let me know upon receiving the package, return approvals will not be issued later than 5 business days after receiving your order, no exceptions.

A photo must be provided of the item if damaged.
