1. All items are unique and handmade. Meaning no two will be exactly alike.
2. Actual colours can be slightly different from those shown in the picture.
3. Every piece is a creation by an artisan and based on craft styles. There may be natural blemishes/variations that are not product flaws. Such differences are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products, so you may find minor distinctions that make Cherry Raspberry unique and truly one-of-a-kind.
4. Due to the handmade nature of jewellery Cherry Raspberry reserves the right to sell items with minor differences from the products photographed.
5. Please feel free to ask any questions before you purchase to ensure a pleasant experience on both sides. If you are not happy, please contact me before leaving feedback so I can get a chance to make it right.
6. In the rare case where two or more customers check-out the same item at the same time, we will serve on a first-come, first-serve basis.
7. Since this is a small business, all sales will be considered as-is and final - but we will be happy to discuss any issues and try to find an amicable solution where feasible.
8. Shipping costs (if any) will be shown when you select payment.
9. If for any reason you are unhappy with the item, return the item within 14 days of receiving it and in the same (new, not worn) condition and I will make everything to your satisfaction. I offer a full refund minus shipping costs upon the safe return of the item(s).
10. Customer is responsible for shipping the product back and any new shipping and handling costs on the product they want to exchange.
11. If any piece of jewellery is faulty or broken on arrival after postage, Cherry Raspberry will happily mend or replace it once it has been sent back to us and assessed.
12. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from the Website and social media unless otherwise indicated on the Website and social media or unless given express wrote permission to do so.
