The description says they can be dropped into an 8x10 frame, or a larger frame with a matte. The actual dimensions of the foam boards I received were 7.75 x 9.75. So they could NOT even stay in an 8x10 frame without falling through. I would have been okay with that if I had been able to matte them, but standard matte for 8x10 frame has a 5x7 opening, and the rope had been pressed flat, which not only ruined the look of the knots, it made them just fractions too long to fit through the 7" opening of the matte. The foam mount board is good quality, but the color backing is cheap, thin craft paper that will fade quickly. This is too bad, because the rope is good, and the knots are nicely tied. It was a great idea poorly executed. I spent Christmas morning apologizing to my husband that his gift couldn't be framed or hung.

These knots are awesome! I can't wait to get them up in the baby's room! I found some 8x10 box frames to put these in (but they're a millimeter too small so I might have to shave a little off the foam board). I'm so excited! Thanks for your work!

Shipping
Ready made items are shipped within 3 business days of purchase, custom items ship within 5 business days. If there is to be a delay I will contact you, so far i have never had one. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Shipping costs include packaging materials and postage. I use USPS Priority Mail, and provide a shipping notification and tracking number once the item has been shipped. If you'd prefer another shipping method, please contact me prior to ordering, and I will be glad to work to accommodate your request. Items will be shipped to the address listed with Etsy. If you need for your item to ship to a third party or other address please contact me.

FOR SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.: Please contact me via the conversations link (contact button), and I will determine the cost of shipping based on your location. Please be aware that your own country's custom service may impose a range of import fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties at the time of delivery. You, as the customer, are responsible for these fees. For more information you should contact your local customs agency. Though I will mail your item in the time-line specified above, I cannot guarantee the final delivery date to foreign countries as mail services vary widely from country to country. Please understand that marking "gift" on a customs form is illegal when I have sold the item to you ( and is not something I will do).
Refunds and Exchanges
Great customer service is important to me, and I strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your item, please contact me within seven (7) days and I will strive to make it right. If you wish to return your item you may do so within 14 days of receipt. Please contact me BEFORE returning the item. Simply ship the item back (at your expense) and I will issue you a full refund. My goal is for you to experience hassle-free shopping and returns. Items must be in their original condition, new and unused in order to be returned (I am sorry but I cannot issue a refund for an item that shows obvious signs of use or wear).
