We are currently only accepting paypal as a payment method. When you purchase one of our items, we expect that you will pay through paypal within 48 hours. After this point, if there has not been clear communication**, we may assume that you have decided otherwise and we will put the item back up for sale.

**If you want the item but are unable to pay for it immediately, just send us a note and we will work it out so that everyone is happy.

If you need to cancel your order, please do so before the shipping date, as noted on the individual item listing (ie, if you order on the 1st of the month and the ships-by timeframe is 1-2 weeks, please let us know before the 8th) and on the transaction receipt. We will mark the item as shipped the day we send it out. If you cancel your order before this deadline, we will issue a full refund. After this point, we will not send a full refund for canceled transactions.

If we have already shipped your item, we will refund the cost of the item, but not the shipping charge. When the item is delivered, the buyer is expected to write "RETURN TO SENDER" on the box and it will be sent back to us at our expense. After we have received the item we will refund the cost.
We ship through Canada Post and send our items well packaged as regular parcels. The shipping costs listed for each item include the actual postage amount as well as materials (envelopes, padding, bubble wrap, etc) that go into securing and protecting the item.

Canada Post does not include tracking numbers with regular mail, only through priority or expedited.

We are always willing to upgrade to priority or expedited mail at an increased cost. If you choose this option, please just send us a note BEFORE purchasing the item, and we will adjust the shipping cost accordingly and reserve the item for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
In the event that the item arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it after receiving proof of damage. Proof of damage could be one of two things:
1. You send the item back to us and we refund your shipping cost or
2. You send us photos showing the damage.

If your item is "faulty" (falls apart within 14 days of arrival), we will replace it at no extra cost once you have provided proof of damage.

In an effort to save paper, invoices will only be printed and sent with your item upon request. Otherwise, you can view and print a copy through your etsy account -> purchases -> view invoice.
