♥ Credit Card or Paypal. During check-out you will see a menu to select your payment preference and add your coupon code when applicable.
♥ I accept credit card payments through Etsy's Direct Checkout or you may pay through Paypal. See shipping Policy below.

❤ I OFFER SPEEDY SHIPPING! All items unless explained otherwise are ready to ship. Please be sure to read the item description for this information.
♥ PACKAGING: I take great care in packing each item so it arrives safely. I use gift boxes and bubble wrap envelopes. I normally ship your item within 1-2 business days of purchase. If I am unable to ship within 2 business days, I will contact you through the Etsy email system. Please let me know upon check-out if you have an urgent deadline. I ship first class through USPS unless your items weighs over 13oz, then it will ship through USPS Priority mail.
♥ YOUR ADDRESS: If no message is sent, I ship to the address given to me through your payment method. Please ensure your address is correct. If your address is UNVERIFIED I do not offer a refund, so be sure to verify your address through Paypal. If your item is a gift and/or you need me to ship to a different address, please let me know which address to ship to in the “message to seller” note during checkout.
♥ INSURANCE is not required but recommended! I want you to get your items safely, but in the event they are lost in transit, insurance is highly encouraged. Please contact me prior to purchase and I will make the changes accordingly.
♥ CUSTOMER SERVICE I pride myself on customer service and I want you to be completely happy with your purchase! I will always send a thank you message to let you know when your items have shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
♥ If for any reason your jewelry or other items are not what you hoped or expected, please let me know right away. Refund requests must be made within 3 days of receipt of your item. I am open for you to return the item in its original condition within 5 days and I'll refund your money. I can't however, refund shipping or insurance costs.
