Accepted payment methods
The Chi Woman is a woman of power; she’s busy, time is of the essence and she NEVER waits. She does not accept “Snail Mail” and believes in efficiency. Therefore The Chi Label ships within Australia utilising ONLY Express Post. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment being received and the Chi garment will arrive via Express Post on the next business day*.

Delivery can take up to 3 days for remote & rural districts. At peak times and around public holidays there can be delivery delays and The Chi Label apologises on behalf of Australia Post for any delays.
SHIPPING | International
The Chi Woman travels internationally and on a regular basis. We understand that it is highly likely that she will purchase further Chi items while abroad. For this reason, The Chi Label happily posts internationally.
International purchases are shipped via Australia Post.
The Chi Label is not responsible for any additional taxes incurred by another country. You are encouraged to contact your local customs office regarding taxes.
There is a 21 (working) day delivery time for all international purchases.
The Chi Label accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by Australia Post.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are not offered however a store credit will be issued with respect to a return. Credit notes are valid for 6 months from date of issue.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Should the exchange product not be available at the time of exchange, a credit note will be issued.
In order to be fully eligible for an exchange or return, you must:
•Contact Chi Boutique Pty Ltd with the request and reason for the return via email to customercare [!at] Chithelabel.com within 7 days of delivery.
•Return the product as new, unworn and unwashed, properly protected, with its original packaging, in the condition delivered (no additional damage) together with any accessories, tags, instructions and documentation;
•Return the product with original invoice received identifying the order.
Please note: As returns are ONLY accepted with tags still attached, please ensure satisfaction with the garment before removing tags. Products returned that are not in their original condition will be returned to you at your own cost.
