***HAPPY 4TH of JULY!! Thursday, June 25th, is our cut-off for 4th of July orders with standard shipping! You can place your orders through tomorrow (June 26th) with the Priority Mail upgrade; and through Saturday (June 27th) with the Express Mail upgrade. Keep in mind this is the last possible chance to order and is cutting it close, but we will do our very best to get it to you in time! Welcome to Chic Couture Boutique! We specialize in making top quality handmade "Little Man" wear, chic hair accessories, elegant clothing, and blissful decor.

Payment

We accept Paypal or Credit Card payments through Etsy, but can also work out details for accepting money orders or checks if it is your only option. Please convo me if you would like to request check or money order payment.

For PayPal "e-check" option keep in mind it can take up to 5 days (or more) to clear. We will start your order after it has cleared.

Orders will start processing when payment is received and all order details are final and clear.

Shipping

We will get started on your order when payment is received and all details on your order are complete--so be sure to check your conversations. Because we hand make each item after purchase, our turn-time is about a week (3-7 business days) to make your order. PLUS the actual shipping time. We ship via the US Postal System, Standard First Class Mail, which they estimate to take 3-5 days to most US locations, and up to 4 weeks (or more) to international destinations. Please note that all mail times are "estimated" and can NOT be guaranteed, so plan ahead and place your orders with plenty of time to get to you! :) We have upgrades available (for purchase) to Priority or Express Shipping for those interested. Priority is estimated at 2-3 days to US destinations, and 2 weeks to international destinations. Express is estimated at 1-2 days to US destinations, and 1 week to international destinations. Tracking is only available to US orders with the Priority or Express upgrades only! If you have a deadline to receive your order please let us know so we can work with you to get it to you on time! We are happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases when applicable. For our international customers, all VAT tax, import tax, EU tax, or any other fees or taxes charged in your country for purchasing something in the US are your responsibility! Check with your local agencies for more information.

Refunds and Exchanges

We take every measure to ensure you receive a beautifully handmade item. To keep our production times short, we start making your order within 24 hours. Because of this we can not allow changes to your order after 24 hours and if you request to cancel we will offer a store credit. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us right away and we will do out best to satisfy your needs! Even if that means a store credit or exchange! Your happiness is most important to us! Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and let us know within 1-2 weeks of receiving your item since we can not refund or exchange problems that may arise after longer periods of time.
Lastly, if we make your order the way you requested {size, sleeve length, embroidery, thread color, font, etc}, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We are happy to fix/exchange/replace anything we made incorrectly. In other words, if we make what you requested, in a reasonable period of time, and ship to the address you gave us on your order, we can not offer a refund. All shipping times are estimated and can not be guaranteed so plan ahead and get your orders in early! :) Thank you again for your business!

Q. What is your TURN-TIME:
A. Q. How long does the SHIPPING take?

Q. Can I get it here any FASTER?
A. We do have upgrades available to Priority or Express Shipping. Shipping times and costs for Priority and Express vary by location and country. For most US location it is about 2-3 days for Priority and 1-2 days for Express. For international locations it is about 2 weeks for Priority and 1 week for Express. Just let us know and we will send you the link to upgrade.

Q. Will you NOTIFY me when my order ships?
A. Yes! We will mark your online invoice as shipped and also send an Etsy message letting you know your order has shipped.

Q. Do you prefer CONTACT through Etsy or regular E-mail?
A. Please use the conversation system of messages on Etsy! It keeps all the message together and linked to your your order or inquiry!

Q. What style MONOGRAM do you use on the personalized ties?
A. We use the traditional style monogram which orders the initials as, "First Initial, LAST Initial (larger and in the center), Middle Initial". For example the name Jackson Caleb Thomas would be like "jTc" (except all in caps--and the "T" bigger). That is why we ask for you to please provide all three names on your monogram orders.

Q. What if I just want it to be the initials (not a monogram) all the same size and in the given name order?
A. No problem! Just let us know.

Q. For INTERNATIONAL orders, can you mark the customs form as a Gift instead of Merchandise?
A. Because your item is an actual purchase from a US located shop we can not mark it as a gift. We will mark it lower that the actual purchase price to help out, but keep in mind all VAT, Import, EU, or other type taxes and/or fees charged in your country of destination are your (the buyer's/recipient's) responsibility. Check with your local authorities or agencies for more details.

Q. I want to give this as a GIFT. Do you gift wrap?
A. Absolutely! We wrap every order in white tissue paper and a ribbon! We are also happy to include a brief little note from you! Just let us know what to say!

Q. What are your recommended CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
A. Machine wash inside out in cold water (no bleach). Hang to dry. Tie and heart bodysuits can be starched and ironed for a sharp and crisp new appearance! *please note, some fraying around the edges of the hearts and ties is normal on these hand-crafted, chic items. Also, items with suspender with the metal d-rings, do leave wet, or soaking. Leg Warmers and Boot Cuffs with the felt buttons (hearts, shamrocks, etc) need to be hand washed to preserve the felt.
