3 out of 5 starsThe item said I would have my proof in 24-48 hours. It was over 72 hours and I had to contact the shop to see if and when I would be receiving my first proof. I have never had this issue with any other shop in my past 7 Yeats of ordering.

Hi Tiff, Please keep in mind that even though it says you would have your proof in 24-48 hours it also states this: "24-48 hrs - you'll receive a proof via Etsy messaging (excludes weekends and holidays and also depends on your order and current order workload)...Please keep in mind that around the season it gets a lot busier and there may be a slight delay in these processing times." Halloween and Thanksgiving are the busiest time of the year for me. You ordered the invite on November 7th and I emailed your order on November 10th. So you actually received your order within the 3 day time frame that is specified on the listing. It just so happened that I had planned on completing your invite that day you messaged me. I'm a mom of one, with a very handy knack for graphic design, hoping that my creative passion will turn into a helping hand for my growing life expenses...we all know how quickly that can add up!
Over the years I've designed a wide variety of things like business cards, earring cards, digital flyers etc. to content for various media like newspapers, magazines and books. So if you have any queries about custom designs - personal or business products, does not have to correlate with things in my shop - just message me and I'm sure we can work something out...I am always up for the challenge! :)
I truly enjoy doing digital designs but had never really thought about putting it to use in this way. It's funny because I've always been such a creative person but never thought about making something out of it. Well here it goes! I hope you guys enjoy my designs as much as I enjoyed designing them.
