ChicDreamDesigns' Shop Policies
We are a mother-daughter team that loves designing, creating and embellishing beautiful items and hope you enjoy viewing our boutique and visit frequently. All items are handcrafted by us in a smoke-free studio. Only the best designer, quailty fabrics and embellishments are used to create our one-of-a-kind designs.
Please contact us if you are interested in layaway or custom designs. We are happy to accomodate any reasonable request.
Paypal payment must be received within 24 hours of purchase to prevent cancellation of the order, unless other arrangements have been made.
Payment arrangements may be possible on orders of $200 and up.
In-stock items are shipped via USPS Priority mail within two business days, upon receipt of payment. Custom orders are shipped upon completion and receipt of payment in full.
Insurance is available and suggested, if desired. Other shipping arrangements may be made at customer's request. Shipping and any other fees are paid by the customer upon ordering.
Refunds and Exchanges
We take great pride in our work and want every customer to absolutely love and be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately so any concerns may be addressed or the order may be returned in original, new and unused condition within 7 days and a full refund (minus shipping and handling) will be issued.
Custom orders are non-refundable, but we work closely with you during the design process to assure your complete satisfaction.
Additional Policies and FAQs
As with any baby or children's product, adult supervision is advised. Some items have small pieces that could become a choking hazard.
