WINGS- Our wings are made from REAL turkey feathers & marabou. Due to the nature of being real feathers there may be minor imperfections & color variations within the feather (white, off white, light yellow) All of the images of our wings are our actual wings with color variations. Please understand this before purchasing. Also we pack our wings in pillow boxes or flat carboard backing for safe travels. If you notice that your wings feathers have separated, you can easily smooth with your hand & fluff up with hair dryer. You can use the hairdryer to fluff up headbands too!

BRAZIL ORDERS: Update! We are very sorry but we will no longer ship items to Brazil. Most all orders have taken months to arrive or get held in customs. Since this has happened so many times now, we will no longer ship there. If you place an order, we will contact you & unfortunately have to cancel it.

Love the wings and the surprise included. My son is due any day now so I greatly appreciate the quick shipping. I can't wait to see his newborn photos. Would highly recommend and will do business with this shop again in the future. :)

══ How long will it take to get after I purchase? Our current processing time is 3-5 business days (not including Sat/Sunday) to get to the post office & packed...then 3-5 days FIRST CLASS MAIL domestic shipping in transit.

══ QUICK PROCESSING? ( does not include not shipping time in transit)
The QUICK PROCESSING fee is a flat fee of $10 per DOMESTIC ORDER order which is IN ADDITION to the shipping you pay at checkout, just to get it processed quicker as it might take me a little time it packaged especially during the busier times. Cuts the processing time to same business day or next (Mon-Fri)! PLEASE CONVO US BEFORE NEEDING AN ITEM RUSHED TO MAKE SURE WE CAN DO IT, include your email address & zip code, as we send a payment request separately for these fees. Once we confirm we can QUICK PROCESSING please purchase the items ASAP & PAY THE SEPARATE QP FEE. Pre-orders can not have quicker processing during the sale!

If you want to have something EXPRESS SHIPPED (1-2 days in transit) it costs $25-30. If you need something EXPRESS SHIPPED keep in mind that it will still take 2-5 days for your order to ship out, unless you pay the $10 QUICK PROCESSING

══ Do you offer specials? or discounts if I buy more than one item? Our Etsy prices are already discounted from our regular prices (www.shopchicaboo.com) If you are looking for our current promotions, or coupon codes, we post them on our Facebook page. http://www.facebook.com/chicaboo. ══ Can you add straps or a bow to the romper? I am sorry, I am not taking custom orders at this time, but update that here when I am.

══I want to buy more than 1 item in your shop, how do I do that? Add both listings to your shopping cart & check out. The Etsy shopping cart will calculate the discounted shipping automatically.

══Oh no! I have an old paypal address or shipped to the wrong address, can you ship to another address. Yes we can, but you must let us know AT CHECKOUT, or BEFORE the item ships. If we ship an item to an incorrect or old address which is provided on your Etsy/Paypal, we are not responsible. We are happy to re-ship the item in the case that is gets returned to us (most likely) but you will be responsible for shipping costs. (the shipping costs will be lower since there is no additional packing costs)

══ Do you have more items available that aren't listed? Yes, our Etsy shop features our handmade BEST selling items! On our regular website we have many other limited edition handmade items, but we ALWAYS do special sales on our Facebook page too.

══ I want the headband in the picture but I do not see it listed, can you make it? No. All of my items are listed & I add items every week. Sometime there are items in my photos which I did not make (ex-was a photographers prop etc) therefore I cannot make it. Sometimes an item is not listed because I am out of the supplies to make it.

══ I think I ordered the wrong size? We will gladly exchange for you if we can make the item, but you would be responsible for the shipping costs.

══ Are the rompers scratchy on the inside? No, the romper body is made from a soft nylon & the elastic thread we use is soft as well.

══ Do you do trades for professional photos? Yes, sometimes we do when we NEED photos of a specific item. When we do we post an inquiry on our facebook page, so make sure you are a fan! www.facebook.com/chicaboo

══ Eek, my paypal address is my old address?! Please provide the correct address right away. If the item has already shipped out before you contact us, you will have to wait until the item comes back to us before we re-ship. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.

══ Where are you located? In beautiful Encinitas, CA.

══ Do you have the tracking # for my package? It is automatically emailed to you via Paypal when it ships. So make sure to check your spam email.

══ Your international shipping seems expensive? We always include a $4-8 fee for international orders, since we have to drive to the PO, wait in the long line & fill out the customs paperwork. Sometimes if we find there is a large variance from that $4-8 we will definitely refund you some money. Sometimes it's difficult to guage what the exact shipping cost will be.

Please submit payment for order within 24 hours of purchase. We are all human and if you absolutely need to cancel an order please contact me ASAP. There is a $2 cancellation processing fee. If payment is not received, and there is no conversation trying to contact me, order will be cancelled, and negative feedback given

══ ITEMS ARE SHIPPED TO THE PAYPAL ADDRESS, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR SHIP TO ADDRESS IS CORRECT ON YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT BEFORE PURCHASING!!!══ If we ship to an incorrect address that you provide, you will be responsible for paying to reship after it makes it way back to us (hopefully)

SHIPPING:.I ship items from the US Post office via FIRST CLASS MAIL. Items are in transit for 3-6 days (depending on where you live) Tracking info. is sent directly to the paypal email, when the shipping label is printed. To keep fees low we do not pay for shipping insurance, but pay for a comfirmation of delivery to protect us. Please note that shipping costs Include packaging costs. During our anniversary sale & November/December (cyber Monday) shipping cost are increased to cover the labor of extra helpers we have hire during this time in order to ship within timelines and continue to create! The sales discounts you get during these times are usually greater than the additional cost. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please convo me.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We ship international FIRST CLASS, which does not include insurance . We always include a $3-5 fee for international orders, since we have physically drive to the post office, wait in the long lines & fill out the customs paperwork. The shipping prices also include the price for the packing items. The process usually takes us an hour, where as domestic orders are picked up for us. *Please note that this fee is already included in the items shipping price listed.
* If an international package does get lost in the mail (which has not happened yet) we will give you a store credit for the items purchased, & you will be out the shipping cost paid. We think that this is fair, because international shipping can be expensive & it is a risk if you do not upgrade to priority mail international, which includes tracking & we are out our cost and time for the items. If a store credit is issued, it may not be used on discounted listings.
Refunds and Exchanges
Each sale is handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you have any questions. We do not give refunds, but do offer exchanges & issue store credits in some cases, if we are contacted in a timely manner.

DAMAGED ITEMS: We package our items carefully to ensure they make it to you safe. If an item is receive damaged you must notify us within 1 week from delivery for a replacement. We do this, because we have had customers contact us several weeks after shipping an item. If you contact us after 10 days regarding a damaged item you will be responsible for shipping cost for replacement. If there is no replacement available, store credit will be given. We do not offer refunds or store credits for damaged items over 3 weeks from delivery.

MISSING an item you ordered ? We are very meticulous when packing orders, but we are human & can make a mistake. If you get your order & notice that an item is missing or not shipped, you must contact us VIA EMAIL within 7 days from delivery confirmation, to work out a solution refund / re-shipment. We have had customers contact us way after an item has arrived and it can be difficult to remember details & we have also had customers misplace items after opening, only to find them later. If you contact us after 10 days from delivery, we will only partially refund for the missing items.

══EXCHANGES: We will accept an exchange as long as the item is shipped back (postmarked) to us within 5 days of the delivery confirmation & is unworn! We will not accept any exchange past 5 days.

If it is returned back to us with a postmarked day after the 5 days, you will be charged a 35% restocking fee. I will not accept returns after 10 days from delivery. STORE CREDIT ONLY (excluding shipping originally paid) WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS

Photo props are ALL FINAL SALE sorry! Due to having issues with customers purchasing items & using them & returning. :o(

Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees related to exchanges/returns. There is a $2 Return processing fee if the order is returned or cancelled.

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE!

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY-If you cancel an order, You will be refunded $2.00 less as processing fee & you must cancel BEFORE the item has shipped.

If you cancel after the order ships, We well process the refund once the item gets returned back to us. We recommend not opening the package & writing on it "RETURN TO SENDER" , so you will not have to pay shipping charges back to us :o)
