I absolutely love this ornament! she did exactly what i wanted. her communication was amazing. she kept in touch with me and updated me on her progress and she even felt something was wrong and wanted to make it right but. when I got the ornament there was NOTHING wrong with it! it was awesome!!! would def recommend her for custom work. love love love the ornament! :) thanks so much for a wonderful job!!! :)))

I ordered this for my brother for Christmas from my 1 month old daughter. Unfortunately, the wrong item was sent to me (not the one I ordered). When I contacted Kendra of ChildofMine, she asked me to put the frame in the mail to the correct person and that person would do the same for me. This was a lot to ask for me with a newborn baby to stand in line for 2 hours as my baby cried and no one let me ahead because it was the week before Christmas and they'd already waited for hours. I would have preferred for her to make a new one and send it out to me or to refund me the total price for her mistake. And then when I received the correct frame (the day before Christmas Eve), it wasn't even put together ready to go. There were two pieces of wood but no instructions for how to install them.
