Outside of the US, package arrivals can take between 6-10 days, depending on customs. Please make sure your complete address is included (number, PO Box, province) to ensure proper delivery.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please contact me beforehand if you are ordering from outside of the US so I can provide a more accurate shipping quote price for you. Also, this shipping option does not come with a tracking number due to customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
This section gets to be a bit of a grey area, so here are some rough general rules concerning refunds. Keep in mind: I will handle any returns, cancellations or refunds on a case-by-case basis.
If your package becomes lost during transit, I can either refund your money back to you or send you a replacement item instead (the buyer will have to pay for shipping in the case of a replacement item being sent).
Refunds will be only accepted if it is processed BEFORE the item is made and shipped. Otherwise, you must mail the item back to me and upon my receipt of the item, I will then refund your purchase price for the item. Return shipping will be paid for by the buyer.
Returns and refunds are not accepted on any items that have been damaged as a result of customer mishandling or circumstances outside of our control.
No refunds or exchanges are accepted for custom orders. All custom work is final sale.

Additionally, I close holiday orders on December 15th, so if ordering presents, please order early to ensure enough time for your items to be made and shipped. (Seriously, the earlier, the better!)
CUSTOM ORDER INFO:
Since I've taken on commissions in the past wherein the buyer may not respond to follow-up messages I've sent to them, I hold all commissions on reserve for a seller for 1 week from the initial listing date.
Unless a time extension has been agreed upon between the buyer and myself, this applies to all commissions. Mostly, this is to keep my inventory in check and also to ensure a faster turn-around for other orders.
