Payment
We accept PayPal method only. Payment is due at the time of purchase. There is a 24 hour grace period and if payment is not received, the order will be canceled, re-listed, and you will receive NEGATIVE feedback for "committing to buy" with non-payment.

CA residents will be charged 8.75% tax.

NOTE: Your purchase will not be shipped until
there is confirmation of payment.

Shipping
We ship within 2-3 business days after payment has been cleared. (not including shipping time)

USA ORDERS are shipped 1st class mail with delivery confirmation. We do not make money on shipping. The price covers the cost of shipping and handling only. Once the items are out of our hands, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. (See below for more details.)

★★★If you would like your item faster, 2-3 business days, we recommend shipping "PRIORITY." There is a FLAT RATE for shipping. It is $6.00 whether it is one item or 20 items. We do not make money on shipping. The price covers the cost of shipping and handling only. Please convo prior to purchase if you would like this option.

Insurance:
-If you would like insurance, please also "convo" us PRIOR to ordering.
Shipping does not include insurance, although, insurance is highly recommended. If you would like insurance, we can add an additional $2.00 to your invoice (up to $100 in purchases) for insurance protection. We cannot be responsible for damaged or lost items if the package was not insured. There will be no refunding for lost packages that were not insured.

★★★ADDRESS: We ship to the address listed on ETSY. Please let us know if you want item shipped to different address.

International Shipping:
All packages will ship International Mail, with no tracking. If you would like to upgrade to a traceable service please advise prior to purchase.
★★★Please note that orders shipped outside of the US can take 6 weeks to arrive.

Please ensure your daytime contact phone number is correct. This will allow the couriers to contact you if they have any difficulty delivering your package.
International deliveries are more likely to attract customs inspection and charges, particularly in Europe and Canada.

Refunds and Exchanges
It is important to us that you are 101% satisfied with my creations. Please "convo" the seller -PRIOR- to leaving negative feedback so we can discuss issues and make sure you are happy.

Unfortunately, there are no refunds, but will gladly exchange an item within 5 days of receipt in the United States only. Must be in mint condition. ★★★Customer must pay for return postage with tracking number.★★★

★★★Feather Care Suggestions:
All feather fibers can be gently combed with a soft bristle toothbrush. Feather fibers that separate can be stroked back together with your fingers to put back in place.

To EXPAND/FLUFF feathers back into their natural shape, place feather over a steaming tea kettle/pot.
