I, Theresa Santa am based in the United States and have been selling clothing and accessories on Etsy since 2020. I sell mainly to buyers in the United States, however, my production partner, Printful Inc., and Redbubble who fulfills all orders offers items to fulfill world-wide.

In order to understand how your information will be extracted, stored and shared, we have created our privacy policy to be concise, intelligible, transparent and easily accessible by the users. Payments

As a seller on Etsy, I do not collect or able to view credit card, financial payment, or banking information. Etsy Payments and PayPal process your financial information independently of me. Your transaction information will be stored on the Etsy system as long as I have my store on Etsy or until Etsy deletes it. I will not spam you or solicit you using the information provided to me.

Security

We only use customer information to fulfill orders. Your personal information (name and address) as provided to me by Etsy will only be used by me as needed to provide my services. I may use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests (i.e. taxes) (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers or others. If and when required, we will communicate with you about your order status using the Etsy “convo” platform.

ETSY is an online marketplace made up of over 1 million individual shops. The information you provide to Etsy for transaction purposes is governed and stored by Etsy. As a seller on Etsy, I am bound to their policies. General Data Protection Regulation

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is introduced to harmonize and unify one data protection regulation among all European States. The purpose is to protect EU citizens from organizations that use their personal data irresponsibly and hence passed this regulation to bound organizations to maintain standards for the protection of user’s personal data by taking explicit consent from the users. I understand the importance of this regulation and thereby have drafted and revamped the privacy policy to comply with it.

Please note that GDPR applies on EU users only, most of the rights provided under GDPR will only be catered for users from any of the EU state.

GDPR regulation gives more control to the user over their personal data which they share online. I understand and support this regulation and made sure to cover all points to successfully comply with GDPR requirements. Retention Period

As per the nature of the business it is required to keep the details of users. However, this Etsy shop does not keep the data for any personal gains. Although, it is unlikely we keep your name, email, postal address, and/or phone number for any other reason either than to complete our service, we will ask for consent from our clients to retain the information for at least 5 years.

However, EU users will have the choice to ask for the removal of their data from our servers. Users can email us on choopyclothing@gmail.com or through our contact form, if they want us to remove their personal data from our website etc.
