If there is a problem with your order, please contact our shop immediately. We will make our best effort to resolve the issue and ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Items eligible for return must be unused, unopened and returned within 14 days of the date your order was received. A refund will be provided after the return has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and costs occurred as part of our free shipping program will be deducted from the refund. All costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Be sure that any returns are shipped prepaid with a tracking number for documentation purposes. (We can not issue returns on any custom balloon garland, custom orders or seasonal merchandise).

Making sure we get your products to you in time for your event is critical, so we aim to ship out your order as soon as possible. Most of our items, such as mylar balloons, number balloons and honeycombs, are kept in inventory and ship out within 1-2 business days, but please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. Other items, such as our custom "choose your colors" balloon garlands are made upon your order. We ask for 3 business days to turn these orders around. It is important when ordering to read the processing time in the listing detail on each specific item. We will outline for you on each of our listings how much time we need to build your order and ship it out. If you need your custom made items sooner, contact our shop and we will let you know if rush order processing is available. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Once processed, packages will ship from our Phoenix, Arizona via United States Postal Service (USPS) via First Class Mail (2-5 days) or Parcel Post (2-9 days), depending on products ordered. You will receive an email from our shop when your package has been shipped and the expected arrival date. We cannot be responsible for transit times of the United States Postal Service.


If you need guaranteed delivery dates or priority shipping, message our shop and we will give you quotes on 2-day and 3-day air via Fedex.
