With only about 10 days until my daughter's wedding we decided we needed fans. I contacted this shop and Christi went right to work designing custom fans, printing, putting the together and shipping them for a fast turn around. They arrived on time and were a beautiful addition to our beautiful outdoor (and very warm) wedding!

Returns and exchanges
Returns & Cancellations
If there is a need to cancel your order, please contact me right away. If I have not received your final approval and your project has not gone into production, you are responsible for your 50% deposit and any materials (lace, ribbon, etc.) that have been purchased. If your project has gone into the production process you are responsible for the entire amount as stated in your contract. Because of the personalization of custom stationery, orders are non-refundable, without exception. Every effort is made to assure your satisfaction. If there is an error on my part, I will do my best to correct the problem.
Payment
Quote and Deposit - WEDDING INVITATIONS ONLY
Upon your approval of the quote, a 50% deposit of the total quote will be due to begin any work. When the completed project is delivered, the remaining 50% of your total, plus any applicable taxes (8.625 % for NY residents) will be due.

ANY OTHER ITEMS - Fans, coasters, menus, escort cards, etc. must be paid in full before the order can begin.

Design
Wedding invitation design generally begins 2 - 4 months in advance of when you need to receive the invitations, however I may start them earlier depending on when I place you into my production schedule (you will be kept aware of when I am starting your project.) When you request timing for order completion, keep in mind that wedding invitations are typically sent 16 weeks prior to the event. After receiving your deposit I will provide you with design concepts in a digital PDF format. All proofs are done through email unless other arrangements are made. Please be aware that design is a process and that it may take some time to get to the finished proof. The invitation design will come first so that an overall look is established. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback and make changes until you are satisfied. Depending on your wedding date and project timeline, the process may slow at this point. After the final digital proof is agreed upon, a hard copy proof of the invitation will be delivered to you.

Design for wedding day items such as programs, place cards, table number, etc. will generally take place in the months and weeks leading up to your wedding after we have established your final invitation design. All other invitations, announcements and stationery are generally designed and created within a month or two of when you would like to receive them. Please contact me in advance to ensure my availability. Please note that in order to begin the design process I may ask that you provide the necessary wording information.

Approval and Production
A final proof will be provided for your approval. It is your responsibility to review that every detail is correct, including spelling, grammar and punctuation. After your final approval is received materials are ordered and the project goes into production. At this time no further changes can be made and quantities cannot be decreased.


Order Completion
As the project is finished, I will contact you to schedule a pick up time or make arrangements for shipping your order.
I will send you a final invoice that includes tax and shipping at the completion of each project. Final payments are due upon receipt of shipped materials (tracked by UPS) or at the time of pick-up.

Terms & Conditions

Proofing
It is your responsibility to carefully review your proofs for any errors - spelling, layout, etc. Christi Marie Creative is not responsible for spelling and layout errors once a proof has been reviewed and accepted. Once you give your final approval any errors are corrected at your expense.

Quantities
Pricing is estimated depending on the number you provide me with and what is stated on your quote. Along the design process if it is decided more or less are needed, I will adjust the price accordingly. Once you have approved your final proof, quantities ordered absolutely may not decrease. If more are needed after the final proof, a new quote will be sent to you for approval. You should order a minimum of 10 extra for keepsakes and any last minute guests.

Inconsistencies
Due to the nature of handmade items, each will have certain variations. However, each will be very close to the original hard copy proof.

Timeline
A timeline and estimated completion date will be discussed with you. I strive to work within this timeline, but it is important for the client to also cooperate in a timely manner. I will not be responsible for not meeting deadlines due to delayed client action or response.

Pricing
Christi Marie Creative reserves the right to change prices without notice. Pricing changes may be affected by an increase or decrease in supplier, service and/or production costs. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Design Property
All designs and concepts are property of Christi Marie Creative. All work may not be reproduced in any form without consent from me. I retain all personal rights to use the preliminary and completed designs for the purpose of display or for other clients, upon request.

Payment & Rush Orders
Orders may be considered RUSH if they are needed within a 4 – 5 week turnaround. Rush orders are accepted depending on my availability and the requirements of the project. Rush orders will add a charge of 20% to your order total. Final payment is due at pick up or prior to shipping. Rush orders payments are due in full at the time of ordering. Christi Marie Creative currently accepts cash, check and paypal (with a paypal fee) only. There is a $35 fee for returned checks.

Envelopes, Guest Lists and Spreadsheets
If you are having Christi Marie Creative print the names of your guests on the envelopes, a digital proof will be sent to you of one envelope to review. I will provide a spreadsheet template to you to put your guest list into that is approved by the printer. I will not accept spreadsheets in any other format or template, and I CANNOT make any changes to the spreadsheet. Please go over your spreadsheet very carefully, as the printer will print the spreadsheet exactly as it appears, and any spelling errors or typos cannot be corrected.
Shipping
Delivery
All shipping and postage will be assumed by the client unless otherwise stated or included in the quote. Christi Marie Creative is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping or mailing or invitations that are not delivered. USPS or UPS Ground is used for any orders shipped. Any shipping charges will be added to your final invoice unless otherwise stated or included in the quote. You may also pick-up your order if you live within 30 miles of Christi Marie Creative (meet at a discussed location) to avoid shipping charges. Hand-delivery may be possible within a certain area.

Post Office
Invitations usually incur additional postage because of their weight. I will provide you with proper instructions for mailing your invitations if I am not providing a mailing service for you (additional fee.) Christi Marie Creative is not responsible for invitations or stationery that are lost in the mail or destroyed through the mailing process. Once the materials leave my hands, I cannot be responsible for those items.
