Coupon Codes
All coupon codes must be entered at the time of checkout. Coupon codes not entered at checkout will not be honored. Only one coupon code can be used per transaction.
Custom and personalized orders
We are happy to accept returns on all, non-personalized/custom items. Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 business days of delivery. Please allow 1-5 business days for any returns/exchanges to be processed. Gifted items can be returned in exchange for store credit only. We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you do receive a broken or defective product, please reach out to us immediately.
Custom and personalized orders
+Our policy lasts 14 days after the mail carrier has marked the package delivered to your specified shipping address. If you haven't contacted us within 14 days since your delivery date, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
+To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
+Please note that items that are personalized or custom in nature may not be returned for any reason other than a mistake made on our end.

+You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and will be responsible for safely packaging the item, as a broken return will not be accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
+Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
+If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, as this is out of our control. Please send all return tracking information to us by reaching out via etsy convo

+ Once a returned/exchanged item is received we will inspect the item. Items returned in the original condition will receive refunds minus the shipping cost.
+ Refunds will be given within 1-5 business days after we receive the item.

+Here at BudsMugs, we take great pride in the quality of our products. We are constantly revising our production techniques for goods made in house in order to ensure that we are providing our customers with the best product on the market. Likewise, we only work with the absolute best and most proven providers who maintain strict quality control standard themselves.
+While we strive to ensure this will never happen, if you do receive a broken or defective product, please reach out to us immediately. We will replace the defective item as soon as possible and will advise you as to what to do with the original product. If an item is sold out or discontinued, we will issue you a full refund for the item.

If you have not received a package after it has been shipped out of our shop, please file a claim with USPS and/or reach out to USPS Customer Service before inquiring with us about the shipment!**
