Made to order items take on average 5 to 10 days. Read the shop policies by purchasing you are agreeing to honor the shop policies. Office hours are 11am to 6pm 7 days a week. Messages are answered within 48 hours. Please use the correct address with your payment. Otherwise I will not be able to be responsible for items that are redirected due to an incorrect address. Shop does not offer refunds - regular priced items can be exchanged one time - there is now a restocking and reship fee for this service of 6.00.
NOTE sale, coupon and clearance priced items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Items lost in mail will be traced and replacement or store credit issued. We do not accept cancellations.
Order are sent out in the order they are received in. You cannot jump ahead of other customers by asking for it to be sent now you need for a event. For a rush service there is a fee of 20.00. which would be posted as a etsy custom order.

Buyers do note that: A Purchase of one of my Christina Rose Jewelry pieces does not relinquish copyright ownership. All designs are copyrighted and trademarked. Images with designs sent to US copyright office bi-monthly before publication. All writing, designs photography and styling or any other intellectual copyrighted materials are exclusively owned by Christina Rose Jewelry LLC. No Unauthorized use.
