The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
-- RETURNS / REFUNDS --
I take great care to represent my items accurately. It is the buyer's responsibility to carefully read and understand the item description before buying, including item measurements and condition. I cannot issue refunds to unhappy buyers who neglected to read the item description carefully.

In the unlikely event that I have grossly misrepresented an item, contact me at christineparkerco [!at] gmail.com or via Etsy convo within 7 days of receiving your item to let me know. Once I receive your returned item, I will refund your purchase price minus shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.


-- DAMAGED ITEMS --
I always take ridiculous care in packing up your items, but if something arrives to you damaged in the mail, don't beat up your postal worker. Just send me a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of receipt and I will issue a full refund, including shipping.


-- OTHER PROBLEMS --
If there is a serious problem with your item, shoot me an email as soon as possible at christineparkerco [!at] gmail.com or via Etsy convo and we'll work something out.

Please do me a solid and contact me before leaving negative feedback if there is a problem. I will do everything in my power to make your experience shopping with me a good one. I want you to be happy because I love you. :)
Payment
I currently accept payment by Paypal or by credit card using Etsy's Direct Checkout.

Payment must be received within 48 hours of purchase or the sale will be cancelled without notice to the buyer.
Shipping
-- For items kept in stock at my house, I will do everything I possibly can to ship your item within 3 days of receiving payment, or die trying.

-- Print-on-demand items are sent to production immediately and most orders are fulfilled within 7–10 business days.

-- Because all items are listed with free US shipping or super cheap international flat rate shipping, I am not able to offer shipping upgrades.

-- I try to keep my shipping prices as LOW as possible, so I will ship either USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail and sometimes use USPS Priority flat rate boxes for heavy stuff, depending on which is cheapest for you! I will occasionally send really big stuff via UPS or FedEx if it's cheaper to do so.

-- International buyers are responsible for all customs fees.

-- I use recycled shipping materials whenever possible, including reusing previously shipped boxes, bubble wrap, and paper.

-- I take great care in packaging items safely for shipment, and it might not look pretty, but it's important to me that your items reach you whole and undamaged. I do not offer gift wrapping services.
