Returns and exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of my ornaments, unless I misrepresent a piece, I do not accept returns. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK SPELLING ON NAMES. If the mistake is mine, I will happily replace your ornament at no charge. If the mistake is yours, I will not replace the ornament for free. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Shipping
