4 out of 5 starsAs described. Prompt shipping, but no package tracking so its arrival was somewhat of a surprise. I got the green, blue, and red studs. All looked very pretty in the package and as they look on the picture. I didn't really have a good idea of how they would look on me though. My skin is pretty pale, so the green studs ended up making my skin look sick/sallow/yellowish, and the red studs made my ears look sunburned. The blue studs look wonderful.

5 out of 5 starsMy 6 year old son ordered this as his "special" ornament that will hang on his school Christmas tree - the kids put the same ornament on the tree every year until they graduate from high school. All of his friends told him he had to coolest ornament, and I have to say I agree. Thank you so much!!!

Payment
Shipping
Small items (e.g., jewelry, flat items) are shipped in a kraft box in a padded envelope. Larger/bulky items are shipped in a corrugated box with air bubbles or bubble wrap.
Delivery Confirmation is used so you know your purchase has been shipped and I know when you have received your purchase.
Shipping is based on the cost of the packaging plus postage plus delivery confirmation. For domestic orders, the amount shown per item is usually what it ends up costing because the cost is constant throughout the U.S. Outside the U.S., postage varies widely - excess amounts for postage are refunded. Because shipping outside the US is so expensive, I include a little something extra.
ADDITIONAL COST: (OPTIONAL)
If you want insurance and/or faster delivery on your purchase, please let me know. A separate Invoice will be sent to you with any additional cost that needs to be paid. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the additional charges within 3 days or it will be shipped without the extras.
I primarily use the post office, although if you want your purchase shipped out UPS, I will be willing to do that too. Please let me know in advance, otherwise your purchase will go out USPS.
Custom Forms
There is really no set form for customs, although I will not lie on the form or send out fewer invoices than necessary, which could affect how quickly you receieve you order.
Additional policies and FAQs
I am always open to custom orders. If you feel that an item would look better using other colors I will be more than happy to accommodate, if possible. It will depend on whether specific parts/colors are available and whether you're willing to pay extra for colors that are more expensive because of their rarity. Just purchase the Item and include what changes you would like done.
