At the time of my order, they were backlogged due to having to shut the store down for a bit. Because of this, I received much more than I ordered. Expect excellent customer service and rapid responses to your questions if you order from here.

About

We love gaming and crafting!

Since they met, Crystal and Steven have spent years making and crafting everything you can think of. Upon discovering Etsy, they have taken their hobbies online to share their crafts with anyone who has similar interests.

About two years ago they were introduced to Dungeons & Dragons and their two hobbies joined to bring the tabletop to life. Being very visual people, they begin crafting terrain for every week's game and soon learned lots of different methods, tips and tricks for creating game terrain.

Make sure you check out our YouTube channel at http://www.youtube.com/cicadacrafts for tutorials, tips and how-to's. Need custom order or want notifications of new items added to the store? Check out http://studio.cicadacrafts.com and http://studio.cicadacrafts.com/newsletter!

Refunds and Exchanges
Seller is not responsible for lost packages. I keep records of all outgoing mail and will provide tracking numbers where applicable. Proof of postage can be provided.

International orders may be subject to customs searches and seizure without notice, seller does not assume responsibility should that happen.

Time to complete your order is 14-21 days in most cases and will be clearly stated if otherwise. Almost every item is made to order and take time to assemble and ship. My order volume typically stays high and I work to maintain my queue of orders between working a full time job, commissions and family life.

I will make any and all attempts to fix or replace the item and return it before refunds are made. Losses via the post service will be handled to the best of my ability. Domestic and international packages are tracked via USPS, unless otherwise stated.
Additional policies and FAQs
Prepping & Painting Resin/Plastic Pieces:

1. Begin by cleaning any flash and mold lines from the castings with your modelling knife. Sand paper and clippers can also be useful.

2. Once you are satisfied with the cleanup, all the parts should be washed so the mold release is removed. Wash all resin pieces with dish washing liquid and warm water. Rinse thoroughly.

3. Allow the parts to air dry completely before moving on. You can use hair dryer to fasten the drying process.

4, Resin kits may rarely have small air bubbles in the parts. Fill possible air bubble holes with modelling putty.

5. Apply a light coat of enamel or lacquer based primer. Games Workshop, P3 or Army Painter primer will do just fine. IMPORTANT: Mist (spray very lightly) a light primer coat and let it dry completely (at least 15 minutes). Repeat if necessary. Hold the can at least 30 cm from the model. Problems will occur if the can is held too close during spraying or if too much paint is applied in one coat (loss of details). It's also a good idea to spray some paint into a small pot and use a brush to paint the parts that are not easily reachable by spray.

6. Apply paint (feel free to use acrylic colors after priming).
