Cider and Sage is at home at Bryn Brooke Manor, our beloved house on the hill in Cooperstown, NY. We have happily retired from the bed and breakfast industry after 24 years and are now enjoying the "Manse" with friends and family.

When we moved here in 1999, our rooms needed period pieces to help with the restoration of our rambling Victorian. I had free license to indulge my lifelong auction enthusiasm. We've acquired many beautiful things during our time here, and before, but even a house this size has its limits. I love collecting and sharing these timeless pieces, all with a story to share.

Our name comes from the abundant apple orchards in New York State and the intriguing history of hard cider. Sage is not only a fragrant valuable culinary herb, it represents wisdom and is revered in many cultures for purifying and healing.
