Welcome and thank you for visiting my shop!
I hope you have enjoyed creations offered in Cili Art And Design. I am constantly busy with creating and I intend to keep my shop alive, so come back soon to visit me for new items!
Here below, I will try to explain at my best the policies that regulate purchasing transactions from my Etsy shop.
Don’t hesitate to contact me for every doubt, I will be glad to answer to your questions, about listed items or about payment’s or shipping’s details.

Accepted payment methods

Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I hope you will always be satisfied with items purchased in my Etsy shop!
However, if, for any valid reason, this does not happen (for instance, if the item doesn’t match with description or it is damaged), you can ship back your purchase and I will refund you or, eventually, I will send to you another item in exchange. I will not accept refunds or changes after 14 days from purchase.
The item must be returned in same condition it was received, except in the case it is yet damaged at receipt. In case of exchange, reshipping costs will be charged to you. Refund will be issued through PayPal, without shipping fees amount. I will ship the new item or refund your payment, after receiving returned item.
I invite you to contact me, as soon as possible, for any problem concerning your purchase, in order to find together the best solution.
If you have any doubt when choosing one of my creations, please contact me before you make the order, so you can verify that the item you are interested in will fully meet your expectations!
Payment
I only accept payments through PayPal.
If you want to pay with credit card, you can do that through PayPal, without having an account. You have to choose “Pay with PayPal” and select the option that allow you to pay as a PayPal guest, when redirected to secure PayPal’s page.
Shipping
Orders will normally be shipped within 3 working days, once payment has been confirmed from PayPal.
I will ship to the address specified on Etsy. In order to have the item shipped to a different address, please contact me before the purchase or specify the shipping address in message to the seller, when checking out.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail, when the order has been shipped.

If the item is shipped from Italy, shipping conditions are the following (otherwise read further):
All orders are shipped via Postamail International service through Poste Italiane. This is a reliable, fast and economic shipping service, but note that it not offers a tracking number.
Delivery times, as declared on Poste Italiane website, are:
• Europe: 8 working days;
• Mediterranean area: 12 working days;
• North America and Oceania: 16 working days;
• Rest of the world: 22 working days;
[from the day of postage and excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays]
It's possible to upgrade to the Postapriority International service. In this case delivery times, declared on Poste Italiane website, are:
• Europe: 3 working days;
• Mediterranean area: 4/5 working days;
• North America: 5/6 working days;
• Rest of America, Asia and Oceania: 7/8 working days;
• Rest of the world: 8/9 working days;
[from the day of postage and excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays]

If the item is shipped from Canary Islands, shipping conditions are the following:
All orders are shipped through Correos, if not differently specified, via Carta Ordinaria or Carta Urgente, based on buyer choice. Both services don't not offer a tracking number. NOTE: Correos has not a priority service (Carta Urgente) towards United States.

If you prefer a registered mail shipping with tracking number, I can ship your order with International Registered Mail service (Carta Certificada). Convo me before purchase, so I can send you the updated shipping quote.
Registered mail requires you to pick it up, otherwise it will be returned to me. In this case, I will have to charge you a new shipping fee.
For information about dlivery time or any further information about Correos visit their web site http://www.correos.es. Delivery times may vary due to different reasons, time they hold the package in customs among them.

IMPORTANT!!! In most cases, the shipping cost refers to the purchase of the single item. In case of a multiple items order, the shipping cost should be recalculated, acording to the whole weigth and dimensions. Especially for small and lightweight items, you better contact me so not to overpay!!!
If specified, the cost with another item has to be considered valid up to weight and dimension limit; if the multiple order exceeds this limit you will receive a notice with the new price, before the shipping.

I am not responsible for loss or delay due to postal service on orders shipped.
For international orders, buyers are responsible for any custom taxes and duties in their country.

Additional policies and FAQs
All items in my Etsy shop are made by me, any small imperfection should be considered as an indicator of originality.
The photos published in every item description always correspond to the exact item I will ship to you, as each item is one of a kind. I do my best to take accurate pictures, please be aware that colours may appear differently on your computer monitor.
Where not specified otherwise, items, be them made of wood or metal, are subjected to natural oxidation and deterioration, exposed to air, humidity and so on. To ensure long last of my creations and artworks, it’s good to use them properly.
I will appreciate very much if, after you have received your purchase, you could report me that all it is ok and leave a feedback for my shop: I am interested in your comment and thoughts about my creations and it will be great for my Etsy shop business!
If, for any reason, you have any concern to bring me, I ask you to let me know and contact me before leaving a negative feedback, so that I can try to resolve your problems in a satisfying way for both you and me…however, I will do my best so that never happens!
