Here below, I will try to explain at my best the policies that regulate purchasing transactions from my Etsy shop.
Don’t hesitate to contact me for every doubt, I will be glad to answer to your questions, about listed items or about payment’s or shipping’s details.

I accept payments through Etsy Payment and PayPal.
If you prefer to pay by credit card, you can always do so through PayPal, even without having an account. You must still select "Pay with PayPal" and, once directed to the payment page, choose the option that allows you to pay by credit card, where you will be asked to enter your data.

Due to the ongoing health emergency it is possible that temporary shipping restrictions are in place to some countries (eg Australia, Cuba): contact me before ordering in case of doubt.

Orders will normally be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment (unless otherwise specified), to the delivery address listed on Etsy. To receive the order at a different address, please specify it in the note at the time of purchase.
You will receive an alert by e-mail, when the order has been shipped.

All items for sale at the moment will be shipped from the Canary Islands.
If the shipment is made from Italy the conditions are as follows (otherwise see below):
The shipment is made through Poste Italiane, generally with the Ordinary Mail service (Posta4) for Italy and Postamail International for abroad, unless otherwise specified in the listing. It is a reliable and fast service, but not traceable.
Delivery times, as stated by Poste Italiane, are:
• Italy: 4 working days;
• Europe: 8 working days;
• Mediterranean Basin: 12 working days;
• North America and Oceania: 16 working days;
• Rest of the world: 22 working days.

It is possible to choose the upgrade to Priority Mail (Posta1) for Italy and Postapriority International for abroad. In this case the delivery times, declared by Poste Italiane, are:
• Italy: 1 working day;
• Europe: 3 working days;
• Mediterranean Basin: 4/5 working days;
• North American countries: 5/6 working days;
• Countries of the Hundred and South America, Asia and Oceania: 7/8 working days;
• Other African countries: 8/9 working days.

If you prefer the shipment to be traceable, I can send the item by Registered Mail. Contact me before purchasing to receive the shipping price update.

If the shipment is made from the Canary Islands, the shipping conditions are as follows:
The shipment, unless otherwise specified in the listing, is made through Correos with the service of Ordinary Card or Urgent Card, depending on the choice of the buyer. In both cases, these are untraceable services. For shipments to the United States, the Urgent Card service is not available.
If you prefer the shipment to be traceable, I can send the item with Certificada Card. Contact me before purchasing to receive the shipping price update
For information on delivery times and for any other information regarding Correos you can consult the website Delivery times may differ from those indicated on the site.

IMPORTANT!!! The shipping price refers to the order of a single item. In the case of orders with multiple items it may be necessary to recalculate the shipping price, based on the weight and overall dimensions. Contact me before purchasing to avoid paying more than necessary!!!
If specified, the price with another item is to be understood until the weight and size limits linked to the sending rules are reached; if the shipment of a multiple order exceeds these limits, you will be informed before sending about the price change.

I am not responsible for losses or delays caused by third parties or the postal service.
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any taxes and customs charges.

Additional policies and FAQs

All the items in my Etsy shop are handcrafted and therefore may have small imperfections that characterize the originality of the creation.
The published photographs always correspond exactly to the object that will be shipped, as they are in any case unique objects.
Unless otherwise specified, items, whether made of wood or metal, are subject to the natural process of oxidation and wear, as they are exposed to air, moisture, etc. To ensure a long life of my creations it is good to try to make appropriate use of them.
I would be very grateful if, after your purchase, you could give feedback: I am interested in having comments on my creations and it would benefit my Etsy store!
If for any reason, you have any complaints to make me, please contact me before leaving negative feedback, so that I can try to resolve the matter to the satisfaction of both of you... however, I will do everything possible so that this eventuality does not arise!
