Quality Handmade Jewelry at Affordable Prices

CONTACT ME: If you have any questions or would like a piece of jewelry to be customized, please send me a conversation. I will reply within 24 hours, and probably much sooner.

PHOTOGRAPHS: I continually strive to improve my photography skills. Feedback from customers indicates that each piece of jewelry looks just like the photos. Please remember that different computer monitors may show slightly different shades of color.

MATERIALS: I buy all my jewelry crafting materials personally from trusted suppliers. You can expect gemstone beads to have small imperfections that are part of the natural stone. Only the best materials make it into my custom jewelry. The metals I use include silver plated, silver filled, sterling silver, gold plated and 14K gold filled. You will always get what you expect from CindyBurkeOriginals.

ABOUT ME: I enjoy crafting bead and gemstone jewelry and especially like to work with sterling silver, turquoise and jasper. It's been a lot of fun creating orange and purple "Clemson Tigers" jewelry. Go Tigers!

• All CindyBurkeOriginals jewelry items come with tarnish-inhibiting tabs and storage boxes to keep them in. One of the best ways to make your jewelry last is to keep it in the original box.

• Jewelry should be removed before spraying perfumes or hair products, as they contain chemicals that can degrade the stones and metals.

• Jewelry should also be taken off when exercising, as perspiration can cause metals to tarnish.

• Keep jewelry in a box or jewelry drawer with a soft lining to prevent it from tangling or becoming scratched.

• It’s best to clean your fashion jewelry with a soft, damp cloth only. Soaps and other cleaners may damage the finish of gemstones and metal components.

• Sterling silver jewelry may be cleaned with a toothbrush and water and a small amount of soap.

• Sterling silver jewelry may be polished with a polishing cloth made for that purpose.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All jewelry comes in a gift box or bag and padded envelope. I'll be glad to gift wrap the order and include a personalized note for just $1.00!

Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are welcome! Also, if you see an item in the shop that you'd like to customize, I'll be glad to work with you on that, too.

What is Cindy Burke Originals jewelry made with?

My jewelry is made with various gemstone, shell and metal beads. Items are clearly described as to whether they contain silver-plated, silver-filled or sterling silver components.

I use a lot of dyed jasper beads in beautiful colors, along with glass, wood, ceramic and a variety of other gemstone beads. Most of the turquoise jewelry is made from dyed howlite or magnesite to keep the prices low.

Bracelets and necklaces are strung on multi-strand, nylon-coated Beadalon wire. I use split ring connections to keep the clasps firmly attached.
