I am very pleased to share my Woodturning Artwork with you here on Etsy. Working with wood has been my passion for as long as I can remember. My pieces are very finely crafted, from unusual and luxurious materials. They represent some of the finest woodturning work available anywhere. To see more of my work, and get to know me better, please visit my website <>.

The pieces that you see offered here are items that I have made in the past as gifts for family and friends. Whether you are choosing a gift for someone special to you, or perhaps a gift for yourself, I am pleased to be part of your spiritual family.
A handmade gift is a gift from the heart!

Thank you for your interest in my work!

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I really want you to be happy with your purchase!

Any item that is in perfectly new condition may be returned, for any reason, within 5 days of receipt, for an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price.

For defects in workmanship or materials that appear after a longer time, please contact me to resolve the issue.

The customer will pay for the shipping both ways unless there is a defect in the item or a mistake on my part.
Payment is expected within 7 days. The sooner I receive payment, the sooner I will ship your order!

For immediate shipment, I recommend that payment be made by PayPal. With PayPal, you can use a credit card or your bank account. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay through them.

I am also willing to accept a cashier's check, check, or money order. Your item will ship as soon as the funds arrive at my bank.

Items shipped to Colorado will be charged sales tax of 4.1%.

If you need to cancel a transaction, please contact me. I'm workable.
I will ship your item the next business day after I receive payment. If there is any confusion, communication, or emergency, it could delay shipment. My goal is to get your item to you as quickly as possible! Please provide an accurate street address (not PO Box).

Items can be combined for shipping. In most cases there is a significant cost savings. From 1 to 16 ounces is usually the same cost. If combined shipping details are not clear on the item listing, please contact me.

If you think you will order more from me in the near future, I will hold your (paid for) item for any reasonable length of time in order to combine it with other items that you might choose to purchase. Please contact me at the time of payment if you are interested, so that I don't ship your package out right away.

My preferred shipping method is FedEx Ground. They are consistent and reliable. They offer package tracking, signature options, and reasonable insurance. Delivery time to almost anywhere in the "Lower 48" United States is 5 days or less.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can be FedEx Express or USPS (Post Office Mail). USPS takes longer, and doesn't offer package tracking, but costs less.

Expedited (Express) shipping is available for packages that need to arrive faster. They will go by FedEx Express, and can arrive in 1, 2, or 3 days depending on the service selected. There is a cost for this, of course. If it is not listed with the item, please email me to ask about cost and availability.

International shipments will be via USPS only. I can not be responsible for how long International shipments take to arrive! Please contact me for the cost.
Additional policies and FAQs
I will do my very best to accurately represent each of my listed pieces with photographs and descriptions. Due to the nature of, well, nature, items made from wood can have texture or irregularities that don't show up well in pictures. This is especially the case with the burls that I'm so fond of using! I don't consider these features to be "defects". They are part of what makes wood a living, expressive medium to work with and to own. I think you will be pleased with the quality of my work!

Wooden pieces that are handled will develop a patina over time. Most woods will change in color over time. This is natural, and should be expected. Wood also reacts to temperature and humidity as the seasons change.

Dyed (applied color) pieces will keep their color much better than naturally colored wood pieces will.

Stabilized (resin impregnated) wood will wear better and is more resistant to environmental conditions than natural wood.

My pieces are made from Kiln Dried Wood, and should not crack unless they are exposed to unfriendly elements (see next paragraph).

Care of Wood:

Items made of wood are sensitive to light, water, and temperature/humidity changes. None of my items are made to go in the dishwasher, washing machine, or microwave!! Please keep your Wood Artwork out of direct sunlight to avoid bleaching or cracking. Please avoid temperature and humidity extremes. If the wood gets wet, dry it off immediately.

My pieces are given a waterproof finish. The finish can be renewed with clear paste wax if desired. Please don't try to refinish your piece with anything else without contacting me first.

Wood is fairly soft, and can scratch or dent if treated roughly.

Any questions? Please contact me!

If you have a problem or issue, please let me have a chance to resolve it. I really want you to be pleased with your purchase!
