Do you offer wholesale?
I'm sorry, but at this time, I am not offering wholesale services since my prices are already competitive. However, I occasionally provide bulk discounts depending on factors such as the complexity of the soap, requested colors and quantities, packaging, and production time. If you're interested in a bulk discount, please add the items you'd like to purchase, including any preferred fragrances, to your cart, and take a screenshot of your order. Then, please send the screenshot along with your zip code and desired delivery date. I will do my best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer custom orders?
In case you can't find what you're seeking, do not hesitate to contact us since we're delighted to fulfill personalized requests. Keep in mind that a "Request Custom Order" button is situated on the left-hand side of the page (for desktop users) where you can furnish further details about the item you desire. Nevertheless, kindly note that this button is not presently accessible on mobile devices.
What if I enter the wrong address during checkout?
During checkout, it's important to verify that the address on the order is correct. If the package is mailed to an address verified by USPS but later returned due to an incorrect address, I will promptly contact you to obtain an updated address. At this point, you will have two options: Either purchase additional shipping, regardless of whether you initially paid for shipping or used a "free shipping" promotion, to have the package resent to the correct address; or you can place a new order with the correct address and thereafter I will issue a refund for your original order (minus the shipping charges).
If my order includes items that are both "Ready to Ship" and not ready to ship, what will happen?
When you place an order with multiple items that have varying production times, Etsy will use the latest estimated shipping date as the final shipping date. However, we strive to ship out all items as quickly as we can. It's important to note that if an item has an estimated shipping time of, say, 2-5 days, it may be shipped out within two business days after the order is paid, or it may take up to five business days to be shipped.
Do you have your soaps on hand or are they made to order?
My soaps are custom made just for you when you order them to ensure freshness. This also gives you the ability to tailor the soap with your specific preferences (such as color and scent, even strength of scent if you leave a note in the personalization box) as much as possible.
When should I expect my order to be delivered?
The estimated delivery date on Etsy is determined by considering the processing time for the items, shipping speed selected during checkout, and transit time. These dates are only estimates and are automatically generated by Etsy and/or USPS. Delivery times can vary, sometimes aligning accurately, sometimes slightly deviating, and occasionally being adjusted by USPS/Etsy post-order placement. It is important to note that the dates provided are a range of possible arrival dates, and there is a chance your order may arrive after the latest possible date. If the delivery date changes, there may be delays somewhere along the route your package is traveling. It is important to know that the seller does not alter the estimated arrival date unless
How long will it take for my order to be made?
Kindly note that the majority of items in my store are made to order, and they are processed in the order in which they are received. The production times for each listing may vary. To obtain the expected ship date, which is the duration before your order is given to the shipping carrier, you may scroll down the listing description to review the information provided.
Will my soaps be safely packaged and shipped?
I offer a wide variety of soap products, each with unique shapes and sizes, which may require varying amounts of packaging materials. To ensure the safe delivery of your order, I take extra precautions when preparing it for shipment. However, please keep in mind that it is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a secure location for mail delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification that includes tracking information. This will allow you to monitor your package's progress and confirm the delivery address. If your order is of particular importance, I recommend making arrangements to be present at the time of delivery so that you can promptly retrieve your soaps and ensure their safe arrival.
