1 out of 5 starsDo NOT order these towels. They are extremely thin and flimsy. One of my towels came damaged and the shop owner insisted she would not have sent a damaged towel, but it was 100% the sellers fault. I received a refund only after back and forth emails and her not owning up to her mistake. I also had to pay the return shipping for my order on something that was not my fault. I order from etsy frequently and this was by far the worst product I had received and also the worst customer service!!!

These towels are exactly as described in the listing. I have sold over 50 sets of these exact towels and as evidenced by my other reviews, this is the first complaint I have ever received. They were not damaged in any way and every effort was made to make the buyer happy, which was unsuccessful. Even though my shop policy states no returns and no refunds, as a courtesy to the buyer, these towels were accepted for a full refund, including shipping, which was issued immediately upon my return of the towels. Both myself and my assistant examined the towels, and we have still not been able to find the alleged damage. There was absolutely no making this buyer happy, despite my numerous attempts to do so.
