I accept payment only by PayPal.
Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your purchase, once the payment has been finalised. I will let you know once the item has been dispatched.

The items will be safely wrapped in plastic wraps and sent in a standard yellow paper envelope, unless for some specific items mentioned in the items' descriptions. Special packaging requests in a box or parcel are accepted & they will cost extras, just contact me first before purchasing the items.


► To anywhere within Australia is via standard Australia post (delivery usually takes 1-5 working days)
► International shipping is via standard Airmail (delivery usually takes 5-15 working days)

As the shipping is via standard and airmail Australia post, therefore no tracking number. Tracking number and/or insurance is Highly recommended, so if you require a tracking number and/or insurance, please let me know, it will cost extra.

If an International item is urgently required, please contact me regarding a potential shipping upgrade to Express Post International (additional fees may apply).

Registered post or Registered post international can be arranged, please let me know (additional fees may apply).

Buyers will be responsible for any import duties that their country may apply to their goods.
Refunds and Exchanges
Damaged Items:
If your purchase was damaged during shipping or in the creating process, please convo me and attach the picture of the damaged items. Please let me know within 5 days after you received your purchase.

Lost purchase:
As mentioned at the shipping policy, tracking number and/or insurance is highly recommended, otherwise I am not responsible for items lost. Please contact me for any questions or concerns, I am happy to discuss any issues with you. I will try my best to deliver great customer service to you. Please can I ask that you leave a reasonable amount of time for your purchases to arrive before assuming an item is missing in the post. Many thanks for your understanding!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me. I will do everything in my power to make you a satisfied customer. Once feedback is completed a transaction is Closed and nothing further will be done.

**In a case where a refund is issued, shipping is never refunded. Shipping is at the customers expense.
