Accepted payment methods

Payment
We accept payment through direct checkout or PayPal.

Items will be shipped once payment has cleared. You will receive a receipt in the mail with your purchase.

As a registered business in New York State, Under the Tree is responsible for collecting sales tax on purchases in NY. A sales tax rate of 8% will be applied to purchases and shipments in New York State.

If you would like to cancel an order, please send us a message ASAP via Etsy or to svangaasbeck [!at] gmail.com and we will void the transaction.

If an item has already shipped, we will process the refund after we receive the returned item. Customers are responsible for shipping of returned items.
Shipping
We ship orders through United States Postal Service First Class Mail.

USPS Track & Confirm is included in the shipping costs for all items. If you would like to include Signature Confirmation or Expedited Shipping, please contact us and we will update the shipping costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with an item, please send us a message within 2 weeks of receiving it. If the item is still in "like-new" condition, we will exchange it for store credit. We will process the exchange after we receive the returned item. Customers are responsible for shipping.
