Before I ever was a graphic designer... I loved to create putting together my own mixed media. Now I'm making my way back into that world and letting myself get "disconnected" more often.

Creativity is important to me, and I love all parts of it. Not just creating things... but also seeing what others have created. Which makes me a huge fan of street fairs and craft fairs during the spring, summer and fall. In the last few years I have found simple post earrings hard to find. I am not a fan of french hook earrings - and I don't own any at all. But it seemed that is all anyone ever "handmade". I felt the world needed more cute post earrings... so here I am.

I work a lot with glitter but I'm always up for experimenting with new materials and techniques. I'm completely self taught and creating something is more entertaining to me than rotting my brain with reality TV.

If you grew up in the 90s like me, you probably had stick-on earrings too. Add that to my Ariel obsession (arielfreak.com) and you have Ariel earrings that look like stick-ons but they are not. The formula for these took a while for me to master, but I am able to pull it off thanks to my background in graphic design.
