5 out of 5 starsI love this item and it’s a beautiful addition to my studio. It is excellent quality and the shipping was on time. If shipping to the USA, be aware that there are now tariffs and I had to pay $280 extra to get it delivered one it got to the border. Just an FYI to Americans getting this item.

5 out of 5 starsI love the hoop. Shop was awesome with responding to messages. Just remember tariffs if your in the 🍊 mans country. I forgot. But this store is awesome I just finished taping the hoop and hanging it in my basement. There is no base for rigging but you have the straps, 2 caribeners, and the swivel which are sturdy. I sat and hung from it and had no fear of falling with the equipment. 10/10 would recommend 👌

Returns and exchanges not accepted
All returns or exchanges are considered personally
If you would like to return or exchange the product:
- contact us within 14 days of accepting the order
- we are not responsible for return shipping costs.
- your order will be reimbursed after receiving the product in its original condition
- your credit card will be refunded the net price excluding shipping cost.
Please note that there are no returns or exchanges for custom-made items!
These rules apply for returns or exchanges without any strong reason only. In case you got the damaged or wrong product due to our fault, kindly please contact the seller and we will do our best to find a mutual solution at the closest time to solve the problem!
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
