Welcome and thanks for stopping by!

All of the images in my shop are prints of my own work. I work in watercolor, painting on location in the streets and parks of whatever city I find myself currently exploring.

I make every print myself, doing my own scanning and digital color correction to be sure they are as close as possible to the original artwork. I print on 100% cotton watercolor paper that has the same textured surface as an actual painting, and I use archival inks that will likely outlast the original watercolor pigments.

I’m offering mostly 8x10” prints right now, but if you’d like a different size just get in touch and we can make them to order.

I welcome inquiries for wholesale orders, however I do not do consignment. Please contact me for prices and details.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I only accept PayPal at this time. Please note that you do NOT need a PayPal account to pay via credit card. Simply select the "PayPal" button at checkout and follow the instructions.

I do accept E-Check through PayPal, however, I can only ship after payment has cleared - this can take 3 to 8 days. If you're planning on sending a cheque via PayPal, registering your bank account with them will greatly reduce the waiting time.

Payment must be made within 24 hours of purchase or the sale will be cancelled. If something goes unexpectedly wrong with your payment, please contact me to ensure your order gets to you as expected.
Shipping
I ship to your ETSY ADDRESS. Please make sure it is the correct address. If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address, I will have to charge for shipping again.

If you’re ordering multiple items, I’ll combine the shipping to be as cost-effective as possible.

Prints are shipped via Canada Post / USPS First Class. I take great care to package your order so that it arrives in perfect condition. Packages typically take between 7 and 12 days to arrive in the US.

If you need expedited delivery, contact me about special arrangements.

There is no tracking number on packages unless you have arranged for expedited or express shipping.

I normally ship within 48 hours from receipt of your funds, unless this falls on a weekend. Canada Post doesn`t operate on weekends, so packages from Friday will go out Monday.

If there are any unexpected problems, I will contact you immediately.

Note to Customers outside of Canada:

I prepare proper paperwork to ensure you will not pay duty, as per import/export agreements with Canada and your country. Any additional customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's customs agents, and may be due to an error on their part. This has not happened to me, but I has been reported by others in rare events. Should this occur, so you will have to be responsible for those charges at time of acceptance, and would have to pursue your customs agency for rebates using the 'Certificate of Origin" shipped with the Print. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency.

I will contact you when I have shipped your item(s), and would appreciate it if you let me know when you receive them and if they are satisfactory. Please keep in mind, there can be rare cases of unexplained delays within any federal postal service.
Refunds and Exchanges
I take the greatest care when shipping items and they should get to you in perfect condition. Each watercolour print is sealed with an acid free backing board in an archival polyurethane protective sleeve. I ship them sandwiched between sheets of corrugated cardboard and then wrapped in either 60 lb kraft paper or a weatherproof polyolefin envelope. In the unlikely event, despite these precautions, your print arrives damaged, please contact me immediately.

Please note that computer screens may differ. Each brand of monitor is calibrated differently for color and contrast. I have gone to great length to make the print as close as possible to the original artwork. Usually your monitor won’t be too far out and it should look as expected.

Any refunds or exchanges will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, so for maximum satisfaction please contact me as soon as possible after receiving your item(s).
Additional policies and FAQs
I welcome custom orders, whether they are different print sizes, or possibly even commissioned artwork. Please contact me and I will do my utmost to fulfill your request. If you are working on a deadline and need something quickly, contact me and I will try to accommodate you.

Wholesale orders are welcome. Please note, I do not do consignment. Wholesale or retail only.
