Can I personalize my order with my company’s logo?
Yes, we can emboss your company’s logo on our products. To do this, we first need to create a custom embossing mold of your logo. Please contact me before placing your order so we can discuss the details, pricing, and production time.
What’s the difference between processing time and shipping time?
Processing time is how long I need to prepare your order, while shipping time covers delivery transit. Check each listing for both timeframes so you can plan accordingly.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
