5 out of 5 starsI LOVE this hat! It is and warm and beautifully made. The pattern and color are so pretty and the yarn is soft and silky. I bought the hat a while ago and couldn't wait for the cold weather to start so I could wear it. I'll be back for more in other patterns and colors.

5 out of 5 starsLove the lacy effect you captured in the knitting. Perfect for the chilly nights coming our way. And most of all now I have the mitts and hat to match. Awesome! I have my eye on a few more things.

5 out of 5 starsI love these mitts and wear them almost every day since the weather turned cool here in NY. The yarn is so soft and rich. The color is shimmery and complex and goes with everything. Mitts are such fun to wear I'll be back for more!

Everything in my shop is handmade by me, based on an original knitting pattern that I sketched, charted out, wrote in long hand, and revised until I was satisfied. Shop policies
Fitted styles of knitted mitts (in contrast to slouchy or loose-fitting mitts) may stretch just a hair the more often that you wear them, but if you have a special request regarding fit or hand size, please convo me. The mitts and hats that I knit fit the average woman's hand or head, respectively.
After wearing knitted mitts repeatedly, yarns may "pill" (tiny balls of fibers that adhere to the surface of the knitted yarn), especially cashmere and cashmere-blend yarns. This is a normal sign of wear, and while some people accept pilling as a normal texture development, some people do not. If you're in the latter group, you can use sharp snips to *carefully* snip off the pilled balls--but be mindful not to snip through yarns.
Fingerless mitts are great to wear indoors and outside, for warmth or for added color . . . Hats and cowls keep you warm and cozy . . . and I am happy to share my designs with you!
