4 de 5 estrellasWas excited to receive my 2 plants order, but was a touched distressed on opening! Soil everywhere, rooted starts pitched around because they were placed in pots with completely bone dry soil just poured in and not at all watered nor secured to remain in pot! I immediately fixed soil issue & completely soaked them! Leaves were at least not dried up and are much happier now, so I know they will be ok. My 80 years of life have been filled with the love of horticulture, and plant care is at the top of my list, so this bothered me a bit. The worst thing is I opened another plant purchase from another Etsy seller & was more than shocked at how GREAT the one plant I ordered was packaged with some form of cotton fluff to be absolutely sure no soil, moisture loss nor damage came to the plant! Will give this seller one more chance!

Nancy, apologies for your plant arriving bone dry. We water them one day prior to shipment. I will take a look at your order and retrace steps to see what went wrong.
