The clip on the case is too loose. It doesnt grab.

The gap of the clip should be tight from the factory, but if greater through handling or shipping it is a simple and easy adjustment. Simply wrap the case with a cloth or towel to protect the leather, and with a pliers apply gentle pressure to the top of the clip until the tightness is to your satisfaction.
