I want to begin by saying that the product itself is okay. It's certainly not the best candle I have ever purchased. The wax doesn't seem to want to melt all the way to the edge of the tin, but it does smell lovely. However, I feel like I need to mention the customer service experience I had with this seller. I ordered my item on May 19. I did not receive my item until today, June 4. The problem is that the seller did list this item as in stock, and did not inform me of any delays - at least not until I directly asked. Evidently there were some production delays, which is fine, but I would like to have been notified. Luckily this was not a time-sensitive order, but I don't know that I would be willing to do business with this seller again.
Accepted payment methods
You will be routed through Paypal's secure order site. Payments may be made via checks, credit cards, or bank drafts through Paypal only. A Paypal account is not necessary for purchases. Payment must be received within 24 hours of purchase. Non-payment may result in the cancellation and relisting of your order. Please contact me should you be unable to pay.
I will send you a communication to let you know when your item(s) has been shipped.
Many of my items are stocked and ready for shipment. Although, made to order and custom orders, will take longer to ship. Please contact me prior to your purchase to check on immediate availability.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me within 5 days of receipt of the item and we can work out either an exchange or refund.
Returned items must be received back within 10 days of contacting me. All items must be returned in their original and unused condition. Refunds will be made via the same method of payment, minus the initial and return shipping charges. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges. REMEMBER - colors vary slightly between computer screens!
