My husband is retiring from the Marines after 20 faithful years of service and we are moving back to the Midwest! See you next year!

Super cute! Extrememly big though, and you can't see the white petti. Have to get my mom to pull it apart to fix it. Glad I got it so early. My little one didn't want to take it off. She loved it. It really is cute!

Currently Paypal is my preferred method of payment. Please Please PLEASE make sure you are committed to the purchase before order. Most of my items are one of a kind and I am excited to start your special order. I cannot refund your purchase because you changed your mind.

Shipping
Most of our items generally ship via ground service with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. These shipping companies provide the fastest and most reliable service for standard sized packages. Your order should arrive within 2-7 business days from the ship out.
Refunds and Exchanges
Custom Item

Items labeled custom on our website cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled. In addition, personalized items, custom-designed items, accessories, and other made-to-order items are custom. Because we craft these items to your specifications, we cannot accept returns on custom items.

Damages

In the event you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so that we can quickly take action to resolve the issue by arranging a return and/or shipping a replacement part. Please note: we may require digital images of the damage to process your claim.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Furthermore, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. For your security, please ship with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. For “free shipping” items being returned, actual shipping charges paid by us to deliver the item will be deducted from your refund.

Most of my items are custom made. This means no two items are exactly the same. Each piece is unique. The items shown may vary sightly in color, embellishment and fabric. This is what separates the wholesale mass produced items from the handmade.

If you have any questions about an item please ask BEFORE making the purchase. CTC is not responsible for your misinterpretation of a listing. I do try to describe the listings but am always willing to specify on request.

If an item is listed "CUSTOM ORDER FOR "Insert name here" ONLY, and that person is not you please to do purchase it.

I do not sell my items in bulk or do consignments. I am not interested at this time. Thank you!
