I hope that you will be more than happy with the product you receive, because every item is made by me specially for you, there will be no returns, exchanges or cancellations (unless, of course, I have made a mistake in which case I will correct).

But, if for some reason you don't feel completely satisfied with the product received, please let me know immediately so that I can work with you to correct the problem.
Payment
Payment must be received within 72 hours of your purchase; otherwise your order will be canceled.
*Please note all CA residents will pay 7.75% tax upon checkout.
Shipping
US DESTINATIONS: Orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority rate mail.
INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS: Orders ship via First Class International mail (1-6 weeks, depending on customs and depending on the country being shipped to). Delivery confirmation or Tracking is NOT available with this type of method. A customs form number is always provided to you once your package is shipped. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after shipping.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

I do not guarantee the arrival date of any order. If you are planning for a holiday or special day; please do your best to order in a timely manner. CCD is not liable for late deliveries due to postal shipping delays.

CUSTOM DESIGNS
A proof will be sent to you if requested only on customized orders within 48 hours after purchase. Once approved my turnaround time is typically 5 business days to print and ship, plus a few days for US Postal Service delivery.
