Rubber texture mat and acrylic plate products may not be suitable for pottery clay. Customers who purchase despite this warning are responsible for the damage themselves. If there is any mistake of the seller, she is ready to compensate in any way.

4)Order cancellation can be made within the first 4 hours. Because we start preparing the order as soon as it arrives, and if the cargo is not closed or on a Sunday, we ship it immediately. We have to do this so that your cargo arrives quickly. Unfortunately, we cannot stop the cargo from leaving even after sending it.
5) Etsy has buyer protection for broken, damaged or lost products under $250.
6)After the product reaches the customer, the customer may want to return the product for any reason. In such cases, the return shipping fee belongs to the customer. After the products reach the seller, a full refund is given to the customer. If you do not want to pay return shipping costs, you may contact Etsy customer service and receive a full refund. Etsy customer service decides this.
7) What should be done if the customer claims that she/he did not receive the product for the products for which "Delivered" information was received by the cargo?
In such cases, the seller is deemed to have sent the product and done what was necessary by Etsy. Therefore, the seller's liability is eliminated. However, Etsy customer service will assist you and you should know that they are guaranteed to refund your money.
