Shipping
If payment is immediate, your purchase will be shipped to the address provided by ETSY within 2 business days unless otherwise indicated. Orders normally ship the next business day. If you pay by eCheck, they will be shipped as soon as it clears - this usually takes between 5 and 7 business days. I cannot ship on weekends due to the hours of my local Post Office. If you make a purchase on a Friday, your item will most likely be shipped the following Monday. You will receive an email notification shortly after I ship your order. I NEVER mark an order as shipped before it's actually shipped :) Here is a list of approximate shipping times:

►CANADA ~ 2 to 7 business days
►UNITED STATES ~ 5 to 20 business days
►INTERNATIONAL ~ 7 to 30 business days

Unfortunately, tracking is quite expensive in Canada and is not included in your shipping price. If you would like your order to be shipped with tracking, please contact me so I can add the cost to your listing. The cost will be as follows - this will be on top of your regular shipping cost:

►CANADA ~ $9.00
►UNITED STATES ~ $17.00
►INTERNATIONAL ~ $44.00

I will ship all orders to the address provided by ETSY, so please be sure this information is correct. I am not responsible for lost or stolen mail. If you claim to have not received your package, I cannot refund your money as this is beyond my control. I will do all I can to send your item safely to you.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of the date your item was shipped. I ask that you contact me immediately so we can discuss the issue at hand. I also ask that you ship the item back to me in it's original packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs. I will refund your money or send a replacement as soon as I receive the item.

If your purchase arrives damaged, please take a picture of the damaged item and packaging and send it to me in an ETSY MESSAGE.
