5 out of 5 starsWe absolutely loved our handmade mezuzahs by Dannah. They're exactly like shown in the pictures, even prettier! You can see how much work and love she has put in them and that makes them all very unique. Communication was also great with Dannah as she was very responsive and listening to our needs. Highly recommend for everyone who are looking for a precious mezuzah for their precious homes.

Frequently asked questions
Nature of Handmade Ceramic
All items are made by hand with lots of care and attention, no two pieces will be identical. There will also be subtle imperfections that are celebrated as part of the beauty of each piece. These include variations in the materials as well as evidence of the making process.
It is very important to me that you are happy with your order, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging. Shipping cost will not be returned, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.
Shipping Options
Standard delivery usually takes up to 10 business days (to most destinations), I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Express shipping option is available at checkout for an extra charge.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I pack my items with great care, and beautifully wrapped . I use recycled boxes, and a special Eco bubble wrap . I take great care to ensure items arrive safely. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, I will replace the damaged item (see refund policy).
Orders are shipped by register eco post, a special registered air mail
with a tracking code (please see specific processing time on each item information). Shipping from Israel usually take 1-2 weeks, delivery times are estimated,
delay may occur by post, custom or holiday.
It is the buyer responsibility to pay any taxes that customs might claim.
For express shipping, please contact me prior to order, for a price quote and processing times.
Can I ship to different address?
All items will be shipped to the address on your Etsy Account. If you wish for your item to be shipped to a different address, please let me know once you’ve completed your purchase, and I will be happy to do that for you.
Care instructions
All of the items are oven, dishwasher, and microwave safe.
I recommend to wash them by hand but it's not mandatory.
Custom and personalized orders
I am glad to receive any custom order and do my best to meet your expectations. Just contact me with your request.
keep in mind, custom or personalized orders are not refundable or returnable.
Customs and import taxes
In most destinations, there are no additional fees for Customs or import taxes, such as in the United States and in most EU countries.
But, in some countries, like Germany, The UK, and Italy, there may be additional fees and delays in delivery for customs inspections.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
If you decide to refuse a package due to customs fees you are required to pay - the package will be returned to me. On the way back, it may be stopped in the customs here (in large orders) and I may be required to pay customs. Such costs, if occur, will be deducted from the order refund. In addition, the shipping costs paid originally are non-refundable.
Can you make a drainage hole for the planters?
Yes, I can. It is not a problem for me and no extra charge for it.
Just keep in mind that I usually don't make the planters with a drainage hole. So the crafting and processing time will be longer.
