The size of the suiban is different that described which makes it unusable for official Ikebana demonstrations. Seller refused to rectify the problem. case is opened with Etsy and with the credit card company.

About

The head in the clouds, hands in the earth.

Ceramics have always had a huge fascination for me.
Always, ever since high school art I manipulated pats of clay with no idea of what form to give.
Then in high school, the road took me to the Polytechnic of Milan to study architecture.
... And from there, I found it again in a ceramics school in Helsiniki.
A whole department was strewn with throwing wheels, tables, kilns ... needless to say I became more fascinated.

But it was not yet time.
So, my career has been linked to graphics, design, architecture.
Until I felt it was time to get my hands dirty.
The earth was calling me ...

So I attended my first pottery class ... and since then I have not stopped to mold, shape, turning, enamel, sculpt ...
The clay has filled my life, I have hands and feet in the ground ... but the head flies between dreams and projects that fill the mind.
I went into an infinite world ... of surfaces and colors.

Ceramics introduced me to wonderful people, generous, eager, like me, to share techniques and tips.
I met, in recent years, people from all over the world ... Texas, Russia, Poland, Turkey, Argentina ... all share a passion for ceramics.
I attended national and international schools in Certaldo, in Bergamo and Nese, in Varese, Vicenza ... in Portugal in Coimbra.
All my teachers are guilty of fueled my passion.

Claylab was born almost a year ago ...
It wants to be a place of exchange, research, experimentation.
In Claylab you make courses, experiments ...
The kiln is always on.
Friends and friends of friends, bring their pieces to fire them.
Every day new pieces are baked at the bakery ... ... as plates, cups, bowls, jugs, pots.
Some of these objects are meant to be used to offer a glass of wine with friends, to eat together a dish of pasta.
Others have a different life, objects that surround us and, at least try, to make the most beautiful today.

Oh ... I forgot ... my name is Luca Pedone.
